Arrow Exterminators is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a key member of our pest control team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial customers, utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify and assess pest issues
- Develop and implement effective pest control solutions, including the use of bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Able to pass internal technical exams
- Possess a professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
- Willing to work a flexible schedule depending on customer's service requirement
