Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Peer Partner to join our team at Pacific Clinics. As a Peer Partner, you will provide peer-to-peer support and counseling to individuals in need, drawing on your own experiences to validate and empower them.

Responsibilities
  • Assist consumers in creating a Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) or other recovery plan to identify and manage triggers and symptoms.
  • Provide guidance and encouragement to consumers to take responsibility and actively participate in their own recovery.
  • Model competency in recovery and serve as a mentor for consumers in a clinic, community, or Wellness Center/Drop-In setting.
  • Participate in off-site presentations introducing the program to community partners and potential new consumers.
  • Support consumer connection and engagement with community resources and natural supports.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 18 years of age required.
  • Flexible work schedule to include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must know or quickly acquire extensive knowledge of local community resources.
