  • Oversee deliverables and timelines within an agile framework.
  • Guide and instruct fellow team members on design principles and coding best practices.
  • Collaborate and coordinate deliverables with other technical teams within the organization.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of translating complex requirements into functional code.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire development.
  • At least 4 years of practical experience with Java programming.
  • Proficient experience with Policy Center and Billing Center.
  • Solid understanding of software/application design principles.
