Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for software applications and hardware issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Expert proficiency in software installations and deployments in a managed workstation environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
