Job Overview

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional QIDP to join our team. As a QIDP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each consumer
  • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Monitor and evaluate the delivery of services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies
  • Investigate and address incidents of consumer abuse, neglect, or mistreatment in a timely and thorough manner
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consumer progress and service delivery

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare administration, or social services
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities
