  • Provide exceptional guest service in support of café operations, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Engage with guests to create an entertaining, fun, and memorable experience, promoting our products and services.
  • Deliver food products in a timely fashion while maintaining health standards, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail keyholder, supervisory, cash-handling, and customer service experience.
  • Comfortable handling food products while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Open to completing the ServSafe Food Handling certification course.
  • Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers and effectively communicate menu features.
  • Previous food handling or café experience a plus.
  • Strong merchandising skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
  • Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages.
  • Welcoming, positive, engaging, and friendly towards our customers, team members, and venue staff.
