Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Proactively greet customers professionally, develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy, and conduct follow-up customer communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations, understand installation and use of all products to educate customers, and track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
  • Professionalism and Teamwork: Present yourself in a professional manner at all times, work evenings and weekends, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations and work well in a fast-paced, commission sales environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent people skills, be open to learning and growing independently and from feedback, and work well under high pressure with the ability to multitask.
  • Design Sense: Have a sense of design with knowledge of various styles, colors, and textures, and possess basic mathematical and computer skills.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
