Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Teller to join our team at Cascade Federal Credit Union. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our members, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process member transactions, including transfers, loan payments, and cash withdrawals
  • Troubleshoot member problems and provide solutions
  • Record and post night deposits
  • Place stop payments, order checks, and make statement copies
  • Buy and sell cash from the vault
  • Redeem US Savings Bonds
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform address changes and contact information updates
  • Balance cash drawers and perform end-of-day tasks
  • Open and close the branch, including turning on/off lights and preparing money orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote credit union services
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union policies and procedures
  • Answer overflow telephone calls and respond to member inquiries
  • Assist with new account openings and other duties as assigned
Requirements

We require a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
