Teller Floater

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller Floater / Member Service Representative to join our team at Sound Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling financial transactions, and supporting the overall success of our branches.

• Perform routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the branch team in achieving sales and service goals, promoting credit union products and services to members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless branch operations, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

• One year of experience in a customer service position, with cash handling and retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to flexibly travel between branches, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
