Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the warehouse team, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and goals.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate and efficient management of inventory, including receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain best practices and processes to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse, including cost control and financial management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customer service standards are met, including timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, providing training and development opportunities to the warehouse team.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a 3PL distribution or warehousing environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
