  • Patient Referral Specialist - Requires a minimum of 4 years of administrative support experience in a clinical environment.
  • Benefits Verification and Pre-Authorization Expert - Requires 2-4 years of billing support experience in a clinical setting.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of administrative experience within a healthcare context
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education or relevant training
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Results-driven and receptive to feedback
  • Exemplary professional demeanor
