The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure management, and Agile collaboration. You will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver impactful projects while ensuring that security and compliance standards are met.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining secure, scalable applications using Java, React, and related technologies
  • Assisting in the development and automation of CI/CD pipelines, integrating security and compliance checks
  • Deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform, ensuring applications are optimized for performance and security
  • Actively participating in Agile project teams, contributing to sprints and fostering continuous improvement in development practices
  • Managing data integration and flow processes, ensuring data integrity and accurate handling of ETL processes

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and back-end technologies like Java, and SQL, as well as cloud and DevOps skills with experience in AWS services and Terraform. Strong skills in programming languages such as Java, and Python are also required, with a focus on optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness. Understanding of secure coding practices, cloud security, and compliance standards like FISMA, FedRAMP and NIST SP is essential. Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile environments, using frameworks like Scrum or SAFe, are also necessary. AWS Certification such as Certified Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer is preferred.

This is a full-time W2 position with a flexible remote work arrangement, offering the opportunity to work with a talented team of subject matter experts in IT investment analysis, domain analysis, and lean product delivery.
