Responsibilities:
Accountable for meeting plant objectives related to Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

Oversee all production, maintenance, and engineering operations that influence the production lines.

Ensure sufficient staffing is available to meet shift requirements.

Manage payroll tasks for staff, including time tracking and attendance.

Ensure compliance with plant policies, procedures, and regulations.

This encompasses all safety, environmental, cGMP, SQF, and quality standards.

Verify that team members have completed their necessary training.

Facilitate training sessions and maintain sign-off documentation.

Maintain cleanliness and safety on the production floor throughout the shift.

Conduct checks of production cleaning activities.

Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, including:

*Obtaining and verifying travel documents, printing plates, labels, and promotional materials as needed.

*Completing and documenting line clearances.

*Ensuring traveler paperwork is complete, accurate, and properly signed.

*Entering production data into the WebEff database.

*Assisting with corrective action investigations and root cause analysis.

*Providing support for the isolation of nonconforming products.

*Participating in special projects to support plant objectives.

*Acting as ISO Representative for production shifts.

*Performing additional duties as assigned.

*Responsible for non-technical shift-to-shift communication.

*Completing all assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

Education:
A High School diploma or GED is required.

Experience:
Experience as an operator is necessary. Supervisory experience is preferred, with 3-5 years in a relevant role.

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Familiarity with Downtime Database, CIM System, and Infinity is required (additional training will be provided).

Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Other Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate outstanding organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will exhibit self-motivation, strong organizational abilities, and leadership qualities.
