Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior ABA Therapist to join our team at Ally Behavior Centers. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing leadership and training support to our center directors and BCBA(s) in client programming, behavior interventions, staff development, classroom management, and parent training.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have completed or near completion of a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or other related field. They should also possess certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) candidate and excellent written and oral communication skills. Our team members work collaboratively to provide high-quality care to children with autism, focusing on building communication, social, and adaptive skills while decreasing problem behaviors.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of ABA principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and good time management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to assess, treat, and problem-solve behavior intervention and skill-building programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 with clients for at least 20 hours per week.
  • Assist with unrestricted activities, such as reviewing data to assess progress, conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, updating assessment grids, and attending parent training.
  • Collaborate with other team members in a positive and professional way.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for this role, as we require our team members to arrive on time and be prepared to start their shifts promptly.
