Child Development Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Doctoral level licensed psychologist to work with our interdisciplinary team, providing diagnostic assessments, preparing reports, and offering support to families and clinicians.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct psychological assessments on children aged 18 months to 6 years using key diagnostic instruments (ADOS-2, CARS-2, Vineland-3, etc.)
- Develop and conduct staff inservice trainings, family support sessions, parent trainings, track and interpret outcomes measures
- Collaborate with our clinical teams, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to provide comprehensive care
- Familiarity with ABA therapy and navigating school IEP processes is a plus
**Requirements:**
- PhD or PsyD required
- Clinical License in Virginia required
- 5+ years experience providing services with autism and developmental disabilities
