American Heritage Credit Union, a leading financial institution with over $4.8 billion in assets, is seeking a highly skilled Full-Time Member Experience Advisor for our Glendora branch.

This role provides exceptional service to members, clients, and associates by enhancing the overall member experience. The ideal candidate will proactively engage existing and prospective members with their financial needs using a consultative approach.

About the Role:
  • Process account-related requests, including opening basic consumer accounts and performing file maintenance tasks.
  • Handle basic consumer loan-related requests, such as submitting applications, booking, and disbursing loans, as well as modifying agreements and Skip-A-Pay arrangements.
  • Analyze members' engagement with the credit union using sales tracking systems, member data warehouse programs, and other tools to offer tailored solutions.
  • Connect members with Subject Matter Experts via SmartOffice/VANA technology to address specialized financial needs.
Qualifications:
  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Availability to work full-time, including rotating evening and Saturday hours.
  • FICEP certification preferred.

Included in this compensation package is an estimated annual salary of $40,000 - $60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
