The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental science and a proven track record of conducting Phase I and II ESAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform environmental assessments in accordance with ASTM Standard E and relevant federal and state regulations.
  • Evaluate environmental issues and liabilities, including those under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, and petroleum products.
  • Review relevant records, conduct site reconnaissance, and interview key personnel to gather information.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and minimize environmental risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, geology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting Phase I and II ESAs.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Registered Environmental Manager, Certified Environmental Professional).
  • Experience with federal agencies or similar organizations is preferred.
