About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Lutheran SeniorLife. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our professional nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist professional nursing staff in the care of residents/patients through performance of routine direct and indirect resident/patient care activities, according to established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain resident/patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Promote resident/patient acceptance of treatment goals and respond promptly to overall resident/patient needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification; Must be listed on state nurse aide registry and without allegations.
