Position Overview:
The Service Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Manager with various maintenance tasks across the property. Key responsibilities include executing apartment turnovers and addressing service requests efficiently and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform apartment turnover tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairs.
- Adhere to preventative maintenance protocols.
- Complete work orders while delivering prompt and friendly service.
- Operate and maintain equipment including lawn mowers, snow blowers, and power tools.
- Ensure property grounds are maintained safely and cleanly throughout the year.
- Conduct annual unit inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, vendors, and team members.
- Engage in training through MRD Apartments University.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or training.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Availability for night and weekend shifts, including on-call duties.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Must be willing and eager to embody MRD Apartments' Core Values on a daily basis.
