    • 5-10 years prior experience, preferably in the electrical construction field.
    • Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes.
    • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and fulfill all job requirements within a timely fashion.
    • Ability to manage risk and profitability successfully.
    • Positive safety attitude and personal integrity are non-negotiable.
    • Highly customer-service oriented and able to create new and maintain current customers.
