Department:
The State Public Works Division is seeking to fill a Management Analyst 2 role within the Leasing Services Section.
Supervision:
The selected candidate will report to the Buildings and Grounds Deputy Administrator and will manage the daily operations of the Leasing and Contract Services section.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Train, supervise, and assess the performance of assigned personnel.
2. Develop, implement, and uphold policies, procedures, and internal controls.
3. Assist in preparing the Division's budget.
4. Research, analyze, and compile data for reports, summaries, recommendations, proposals, and market surveys regarding statewide space availability, rental rates, and building operating expenses.
5. Conduct special projects and assignments in support of the Section Supervisor and Division Administrator.
6. Attend meetings and represent the Division on leasing and contract matters.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in public or business administration, finance, social sciences, mathematics, or a related field, along with two years of professional experience in the research, development, evaluation, or revision of programs, organizations, methods, or procedures; OR a high school diploma or equivalent with four years of relevant professional experience; OR one year of experience as a Management Analyst I in Nevada State service; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements:
This position requires a valid driver's license or equivalent mobility and a State of Nevada/FBI fingerprint-based background check as conditions of employment.
Examination Process:
The examination will consist of an application evaluation. It is essential that applications include detailed information regarding education and experience. The most qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
