About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our Orthopedic and Neuro Trauma department, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- BSN degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in orthopedic and neuro trauma nursing preferred.
