About the School Bus Driver Position
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Transportation Professional to join our team as a School Bus Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, prioritizing vehicle maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from school, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff
- Work collaboratively with other drivers and support staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
- Good verbal communication skills
- At least 21 years old
- Subject to a drug screen and physical
What We Offer:
- A competitive starting wage of $26/hour
- A $5,000 sign-on bonus for fully licensed drivers
- A $3,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers who obtain their CDL
- Paid CDL training at $15/hour
- A 5-hour guarantee per day
