Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with department heads to determine and prioritize reporting needs and platform upgrades.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence Manager and team leads to develop business requirement documents.
  • Oversee specific projects within business units, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and feedback integration.
  • Communicate effectively with executive management while serving as a liaison to developers, possessing a foundational knowledge of coding.
  • Innovate in presenting data through Power BI, including graphs, charts, and key performance indicators.
  • Guide Power BI users on effective design practices, ensuring clarity in data storytelling through thoughtful color choices, layout, and impactful visualizations.
  • Facilitate clear communication with both junior and senior management levels.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates on progress, risks, and challenges.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and address project obstacles, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Ensure comprehensive and current project documentation is maintained.
  • Monitor project performance using relevant systems and methodologies.
  • Conduct post-implementation evaluations to ensure projects meet intended business objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and refining processes.
  • Collaborate with the Dev Ops team to oversee project monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, ideally within IT or business enhancement settings.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence management in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMBOK).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with platforms such as Viewpoint ERP is a plus.

Salary Range: $74,000-$105,000 annually
