Job Title

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Memory Care - PRN - Evenings

Job Summary

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Richmond is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (Virginia PCA also qualifies) to join our team. As a CNA, you will assist residents in all aspects of their daily life, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide food service, including meal preparation and serving
  • Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Manage resident behavior and provide socialization and activities
  • Assist with orientation and provide information to residents
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; Previous dementia experience preferred
  • Certification required according to state regulations; Must successfully complete the required Springhouse's/Arden Courts' training
