**Charge Nurse - LVN**

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Touchstone Communities. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care and lead a team of LVNs and RNs to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
* Supervise and mentor LVNs and RNs to promote professional growth and development

**Requirements:**

* Current and valid Texas LVN or RN nursing license
* Experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
* Strong communication and leadership skills
