We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a Staff Nurse. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.

Requirements:
- Current Texas State LPN license.
