We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Admin Assistant to join our team in the medical devices sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting Admin Assistant, your duties will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the finance department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Processing vendor invoices, verifying transactions, and managing payment schedules efficiently.
- Handling customer invoices, tracking incoming payments, and ensuring accurate accounts reconciliation.
- Preparing and issuing bills, monitoring payments, and maintaining precision in billing procedures.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the organization and financial partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A strong administrative background with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative open office environment, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
