Job Title: Clinical Rehabilitation Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas, TX. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process of our patients, working collaboratively with our nursing and therapy teams to provide exceptional care.

About the Role:
• Assist patients with daily activities, obtain vital signs, and report any issues or progress observed.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to reinforce rehab techniques and support patients through their recovery process.
• Work collaboratively with our nursing team to ensure patient satisfaction and meet individualized care plans.

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in Inpatient rehab or med/surg/Telemetry/Acute Care preferred.
