Key Responsibilities
• Assist with medication administration, following established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration, including documentation and reporting.
• Participate in narcotic counts and medication cart audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with reordering medication and maintaining a clean and organized medication room.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in senior care or a related field.
• HCA/CNA certification and Nurse Delegation Core and Diabetes certificates required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical Qualifications
• Must be able to walk and stand continuously, with occasional sitting and lifting.
• Must be able to perform work in a variety of environments, including inside and outside.
• Must be able to climb stairs frequently and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Salary and Benefits
$19.25 per hour
