Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the Progressive Care Unit.
- Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements:

- Current state RN license
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS and ACLS certification
- One year of experience preferred

Department/Unit Summary:

The Progressive Care Unit is a 16-bed unit with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. We offer 12-hour shifts and a supportive team environment.
