Role Summary
As a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will oversee the operations and personnel within your designated department during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising daily manufacturing activities and ensuring optimal performance of the team.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and auditing Standard Work processes.
  • Interpreting and enforcing company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
  • Striving to meet departmental and corporate objectives related to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Promoting a clean and safe work environment by regularly identifying and addressing hazardous conditions.
  • Leading initiatives for continuous improvement among production staff.
  • Training and developing manufacturing personnel to effectively utilize equipment and tools.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
