We're looking for impactful individuals who will inspire children to become lifelong learners.
Educator - Foster the social, physical, and intellectual development of the children in your care. - Take charge of classroom management and curriculum execution.
Classroom instruction constitutes at least 50% of the weekly schedule.
Communicator - Build relationships with families to enhance child achievement and support the success of your center.
Mentor - Assist in managing, training, and mentoring new hires and fellow educators, creating engaging learning experiences for preschool children.
Leader - Assume the responsibilities of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including managing the opening and closing of the facility.
Expert - Ensure the daily care of every child by adhering to all licensing regulations and implementing company standards.
- Experience in a licensed childcare environment, leading a classroom, and executing lesson plans.
- College credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a CDA, preferred.
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation educational and experiential requirements.
- Capability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.
