About the Role

This Electrical Engineer position is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of innovative naval gas and hybrid power systems, control technology, and support solutions for the U.S. Navy and navies around the world.

The Electrical Engineer (Production) will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while meeting strict timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for electrical engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test electrical systems used in production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical knowledge and assistance to other engineers and support personnel.
  • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Prior experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a production environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per annum.
