- Accountable for all business operations master data deliverables, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, testing, quality assurance, and change management activities.
- Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify standards and strategies to maintain master data quality and integrity.
- Authorize data usage across the enterprise and ensure communication and coordination across business units.
- Participate in launch-projects for new product releases and develop project plans and project deliverables.
- Evaluate and recommend data-related aspects of current and proposed business application solutions.
- Develop training for master data processes and business rules behind master data.
- Document new processes to ensure team adoption of proper data management practices.
- Lead Master Data Management for Lactalis USA business units and responsible for the hiring, training, development, evaluation, discipline, and general supervision of staff.
