Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the organization's master data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across various systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure proper integration of master data across multiple platforms, systems, and applications.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies by performing regular audits and data cleansing activities.
  • Develop and maintain reports that monitor master data quality and provide insights to key stakeholders for decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and ensure master data supports business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain, management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in master data management, data analysis, or data architecture.
  • Deep understanding of MDM concepts, including data modeling, data governance, data quality management, and data integration.
  • Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Work Environment:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9:00am – 5:00pm

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $90,000 - $95,000/Year
