Opportunity Overview

Townsquare Interactive is a dynamic digital marketing solutions provider seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Lead to drive new customers through the initial deployment of their marketing campaigns post-sale.

This role sits between sales, production, and service departments, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, fielding questions, and offering sound campaign advice. As an Account Manager, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of CRM software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Ensure all client needs are understood and addressed, building strong relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
  • New Opportunities: Develop opportunities to upsell existing customers, maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests, resolving issues and complaints, and keeping track of processes related to client demands.

Requirements include previous sales experience (preferred), a Bachelor's Degree (required), strong communication and follow-up/follow-through skills, attention to detail, and a desire to make money. Additionally, you must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, and create excitement and urgency when working with a high volume of new clients.
