Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, confirming details with customers to ensure mutual understanding.
- Relationship Building: Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through referral programs and other initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Training and Development: Complete all training requirements on time and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the CIC management team to identify process improvement ideas and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Peer Coaching: Act as a peer coach for new hire representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Communication: Communicate system issues promptly to management and maintain open communication with colleagues and customers.
- Education: High School diploma required; 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred; prior sales experience a plus.
- Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational/time management skills required; proficient computer skills, use of Microsoft Office, and ability to navigate multiple systems without assistance.
