Respiratory Therapist Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist Supervisor to join our team at AdventHealth Fish Memorial. As a key member of our Respiratory Services department, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operation of the department, ensuring optimal patient care and cost containment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer respiratory care and life support to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in completing employees' evaluations and competencies.
- Enforce Hospital Dress Code.
- Interact with customers and guests in a courteous, polite manner; set an example for the staff.
- Consult on the hiring of new employees.
- Monitor daily productivity to maintain departmental financial goals.
- Order supplies for department.
- Schedule personnel for work areas.
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from a school accredited by COARC or appropriate body.
- Current NBRC Credentials.
- Florida License, CRT or RRT.
- Two years of experience.
- Leadership Institute courses.
