Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Extended Acute Care unit at Mt Gretna.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring, procedure assistance, and medication administration.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, and positioning.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients and families, adhering to hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements
  • Certificate in Practical Nursing or equivalent.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
