Role Summary
As a Data Management Specialist at Cedar Gate Technologies, you will play a key role within a vibrant team, demonstrating outstanding technical skills to provide essential information and ensure optimal performance and availability. The Data Management Specialist is crucial in assisting Account Managers and Implementation Managers, directly interacting with clients and vendors to guarantee the timely and accurate fulfillment of all data-related tasks. In this capacity, you will be responsible for understanding Cedar Gate's product specifications, client data, and use cases, enabling you to effectively respond to vendor inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely communication and reporting of file updates to relevant team members.
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Client Success, and Data teams to address and resolve vendor-related issues.
  • Participate in necessary vendor meetings alongside Implementation and Client Success teams.
  • Document all vendor interactions and activities in the Cedar Gate ticketing system.
  • Manage the legal documentation process for NDAs, BAAs, and other agreements with data vendors.
  • Coordinate with data vendors to fulfill client data requirements.
  • Create and maintain vendor tracking records in Salesforce.
  • Understand and adhere to timelines for data acquisition essential for implementation and production release.
  • Escalate and communicate any data acquisition challenges affecting implementation and release.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements related to vendor operations.
  • Support the manager with vendor outreach, tracking, and ticket management.
  • Address issues related to vendor contracts and collaborate with internal partners for timely resolutions.
  • Aim to meet or exceed established service and operational goals.
  • Exhibit the highest level of courtesy towards clients.
