About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Plasma Center Technician. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors, while also contributing to the production of life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen donors for eligibility and perform phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the Plasma Center Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance center operations.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our donors.
Requirements
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
