About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Plasma Center Technician. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors, while also contributing to the production of life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen donors for eligibility and conduct phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the Plasma Center Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including answering phones, greeting donors, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift materials up to 32 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
