Job Title: Structural Engineer

Orbital Engineering, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural systems for heavy industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform structural design and analysis for heavy industrial projects, including structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and foundation design.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and specifications for structural design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and project execution meet quality and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and customers.
  • Manage project progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design and analysis for heavy industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in STAAD/RISA 3D analytical software.
  • Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and foundation design.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience with inspection and testing of structural systems.
