About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Wurth USA, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with decision-makers through face-to-face outside sales visits to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Wurth USA, Inc. as a consultative partner by understanding customers' business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide value-added services such as ordering of product, inventory management, and problem-solving to differentiate our products and services from the competition.
- Prospect for and acquire new businesses on a consistent basis to drive sales growth.

Requirements
- No prior sales experience is required; we will train entry-level candidates to be successful.
- A high level of enthusiasm, energy, and desire to be successful in sales.
- The ability to connect with decision-makers and build lasting relationships.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to Wurth USA, Inc.'s proprietary sales process.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and iPad.
- A positive attitude towards a multichannel selling approach.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- A High School diploma; some college preferred.
- The ability to adapt to new technology.
