In this capacity, the Taxation Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of tax regulations and their implications on business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The Taxation Senior Consultant will be tasked with:

  • Assessing and recommending strategies to minimize tax liabilities and enhance compliance efficiency.
  • Exploring various avenues for adhering to tax legislation.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients on intricate tax matters.
  • Engaging in marketing initiatives, networking opportunities, and business growth activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline is essential.
  • 5-15 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated supervisory capabilities.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with tax research tools such as BNA and RIA.
  • Expertise in tax compliance software including GoFileRoom, GoSystemRS, Caseware, BNA Depreciation Software, or similar applications, along with standard tax workpapers.
Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation is advantageous.
  • Experience in corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnership taxation.
