- Supervise and direct construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and implement construction schedules, including resource allocation and project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of site conditions, materials, and labor.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve construction efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years as a superintendent on projects similar in size and complexity.
