About the Role

This position offers a unique chance to leverage your exceptional communication skills, charisma, and confidence to succeed in a challenging yet rewarding role. As a Regional Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to promote TDS's voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell TDS services to achieve your sales targets.
  • Accurately record and submit daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.
  • Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.

Affordable healthcare options are available for associates scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week, while part-time associates working under 20 hours per week can also access medical coverage, the 401(k) plan (if 18 or older), and sick leave.

Competitive Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, with targeted earnings ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year or more. This figure includes a base salary and uncapped commission, allowing you to earn a significant income based on your performance.

The estimated salary range takes into account various factors, including the location of the job and industry standards. As a Regional Sales Development Representative at TDS Telecom, you'll have the opportunity to earn a substantial income while developing your skills and advancing your career.
