Job Description

At ADM, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Cogeneration production team, you will be responsible for providing engineering support and leading process improvements to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance with safety, health, quality, and environmental programs and policies
  • Provide subject matter expertise on plant production processes and equipment, and manage capital projects related to improvements and expansion of the system
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple disciplines and stakeholders to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering within an industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of plant production processes and equipment, and experience with project management and capital project implementation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
