Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Greet members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
    • Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist with new membership sign-ups, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
    • Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point-to-sale system.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
    • Ensure the front desk area and lobby are clean and orderly.
    • Perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep, including mopping, trash removal, and cleaning equipment.
    • Regularly clean exercise equipment, tanning beds, and restrooms.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact positively with members and coworkers.
    • Prior customer service experience preferred.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
